Before you sign a subcontract, we read it properly and tell you in plain language what it means for you: payment terms, retentions, liquidated damages, notice periods, time bars, and anything that’s one-sided. You get the clauses worth pushing back on and the wording to do it. We’re not lawyers, and when something needs one, we’ll tell you.
